HTML email message to copy

Message preview

  • Choose the language in which the message is written (Catalan, Spanish and English are supported).
  • Either write your own message from scratch or start filling the message with a template.
  • Write the subject on the first line and the greeting on the second, followed by the body. A line with two hyphens (--) starts the signature (your name first) and a line with three hyphens (---) starts the legal text.
  • The message supports a subset of the markdown language: 1, 2 and 3 level headers, bold and italic text, ordered and unordered lists, and links (to pages, mail and phone numbers). The toolbar buttons insert them for you.
  • A line with only [[text](https://…)] becomes a button: dark on light backgrounds and light on dark ones.
  • Links to your own website (the same domain as the links in your signature) automatically get a utm_campaign parameter, so you can measure visits in your analytics.
  • When you add or edit text in your message, the message preview will be updated every 3 seconds.
  • Choose the alignment and width option that best fits your needs.
  • When the message is finished, you will be able to copy and paste both the subject and the message in HTML format as seen in the preview.
  • If you use Thunderbird, click in the message body, choose Insert → HTML… and paste the message there: it will keep its exact formatting, ready to send.
  • Save your own messages as templates. They are kept only in this browser: export them to a file to keep a copy or to use them in another browser.
  • What you write is saved as a draft in this browser and recovered if you reload the page. “Clear” discards it.
  • Feel free to use this app as much as you want and tell your contacts about it!
